Chairman of Board of Directors, CTG International

I am submitting my �鶹��Ƶ Board Member candidacy representing China Three Gorges Corporation (CTG).

I serve as Chairman of China Three Gorges International Corporation, the international business unit of CTG. Prior to that, I held various positions as Director General of CTG’s Strategy and Development Research Center, Chairman of China International Water & Electric Corp., and CEO of CTG Brazil.

I worked in many different countries including China, Brazil, Portugal, Jordan, Pakistan, etc., and accumulated cross-cultural hydropower engineering and sustainable development experience. Mutual learning and integration of diverse practices prove to be very valuable for the hydropower sector development.

I believe that �鶹��Ƶ is in a crucial position to promote (1) recognition of hydropower amid global energy transition; (2) modernization of aging hydropower facilities; (3) development of pump storage to increase power system resilience; and (4) digital and AI technology deployment in hydropower sector.

CTG was born to be a strong believer and committed practitioner of greener future, which is highly consistent with �鶹��Ƶ’s values and San Jose Declaration on Sustainable �鶹��Ƶ.

I received my B.Sc. in hydropower engineering and Master degree in civil engineering both from Tsinghua University, and a global EMBA degree.
